Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. If you order a 'Bed-in-a-Box' model, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via ground courier.
Do you offer a sleep trial or a return policy?
Yes, we offer a 100-night comfort guarantee. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If you aren't satisfied, you can exchange it or return it for a refund, minus a small sanitation and restocking fee.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Most of our mattresses come with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers structural defects and significant sagging. Please ensure you use a supportive frame to keep the warranty valid.
Do you provide old mattress removal services?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove Delivery' service for an additional fee, which includes the setup of your new mattress and the removal and eco-friendly disposal of your old one.
How do I know which mattress firmness is right for me?
